🫀A User/Patient - Centered Mentality: One of my favorite parts of being a surgical assistant was patient interaction. I learned to be more empathetic and to really understand their needs.

🧠 Adaptability & Problem-solving skills: In a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment where new circumstances are constantly thrown upon us, the ability to think and react fast while remaining flexible becomes my greatest asset when working in a forever-changing Agile design environment.
